As a PhD Candidate, I am passionate about understanding and helping people achieve optimal performance in their profession, as well as in their lives. I have spent more than 10 years studying and working in the area of high performance as it relates to the physical and psychological domain. I assist individuals, teams, and organizations in personally attaining optimal performance, through applying psycholocical skills training and the implementation of various strategies. My research area interest includes goals, motivation, self-confidence, leadership and high performance. My dissertation explores who elite athletes make the leap from good to Great. Additionally, I have worked as a reporter, television host and blogger with CBC, as well as provided content and commentary for CTV, Rogers and Discovery Health Channel.
I am available for speaking engagements, clinics/seminars, as well as appearances for organizations, corporate and sporting events. I can be contacted to empower your group by e-mail at nicole@nicoleforrester.com
